SENGKANG RIVERSIDE PARKAs part of the URA Master Plan announced by Minister For National Development, Mr. Mah Bow Tan on 21 May 2008, Singapore will have more parks, water bodies, green spaces for our residents to use.
Our soon to be be totally completed Sengkang Riverside Park is conveniently located behind the latest Anchorvale SSC sports complex near Sengkang West. There are 3 parks in all that makes up the Sengkang Riveside Park.
Sengkang Riveside Park has almost 3 to 4 km of challenging terrain for joggers as well as ponds and viewing points for the Punggol River.Exciting activities are being planned for in the near future. This park will also form part of the running route for the Newton Active Run 2009.
